HIGASHIYA man

In a new yet somehow nostalgic setting in Minami-aoyama, Tokyo, Higashiya man is a Japanese confectionery shop specializing in manju (Japanese steamed buns). Since its opening in 2007, this small shop of 13m2 has featured seasonal namagashi as well as karinto (sweet crackers), mamegashi (sweets made from beans), kasutera (sponge cake), each full of character and perfect as gifts. Through the small window of the shop, freshly steamed manju is available daily.
